He'd invented the detail about the spelling of his family name just to amuse himself. He had no way of knowing, in fact, that he had even picked up the right book. .PP .ps 12 So, reading was no good. But still Tom was jittery. What did he expect to happen next? Why did he keep asking himself these stupid questions? Why did the robot keep reading his mind? .PP .ps 12 The cabin was so damned hot he was leaving an outline on the pilot's seat.
