stress.sh: Runs multiple libvpx encodes and decodes in parallel This runs multiple encodes and decodes of vp8 and vp9 in parallel, with so many threads that problems with synchronization can show up. Change-Id: I2b297e7f43d1e741323c7ad9f50a3931ae609f16
