Solidify VC2005 builds.

* include/freetype/internal/ftcalc.h (FT_MSB) [_MSC_VER]: Explicitly
declare `_BitScanReverse' intrinsic.
* builds/windows/visualc/freetype.vcproj [Debug]: Disable intrinsics.
